The Ranch at Carlisle is a growing, family-owned motorsports and event venue. Most of our positions are event-based, temporary, and seasonal. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork, and being part of major race weekends, we want to hear from you.
How Our Jobs Work
Most positions are:
Event-day or weekend-based
Seasonal (Spring–Fall, plus select winter events)
Temporary with the opportunity for repeat work
Paid per event or hourly
Many of our crew members return for multiple events throughout the season.
Current Opportunities
Event Operations Crew
Help with event setup, teardown, fencing, staging areas, and general labor.
Gate & Admissions Staff
Check in racers and spectators, manage wristbands, and handle basic cash or POS systems.
Parking & Traffic Control
Direct vehicles safely and efficiently during peak arrival times.
Track Crew
Assist with track prep, watering, flagging, and maintaining safe racing conditions.
Vendor & Hospitality Support
Help coordinate vendors and maintain clean spectator areas.
Security & Pit Monitoring
Ensure safe movement within restricted areas.
Winter Event Crew (Ice Racing / Snow Drags)
Seasonal positions specific to winter racing events.
What We Look For
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
Able to lift 40–50 lbs (for some roles)
Professional with racers, families, and sponsors
Team-oriented mindset
Motorsports experience is helpful but not required.
