AMA Ice Racing New York State Championship Race

PRE-REGISTRATION

Gate Entry $20 for all racers any age or Non Racers 7 and older.

Awards Only Classes – $40 each, Money Classes – $50 each (100% payback) 

Please Dress Warm!  It will be very cold.  We will offer a warming cabin for those who need a break from the cold.  Please return to your vehicle and stay warm between races if its frigid out.

Hot Food and Hot Beverage Vendor will be onsite.

Gates Open at 7AM, Onsite Signup Opens at 8AM

Riders Meeting 10:30AM Sharp

Practice – 10:00 AM

Racing Begins at 12 PM

450cc Pro/Exp Feature & Quad Pro/Exp Feature will be starting after heats and consi races!

Exhibition Sled Class called NNYVSR Combo. 

Formula 500 sleds

1985 and older 340 liquid mod IFS

1985 and older 440 free air super mod leaf spring Any Fan cooled sprint sled

AMA Membership

The 2026 race season kicks off January 24th at The Ranch at Carlisle.  Ice Racing on the lake will be fast and exciting for all ages!  The Ice Speedway will be visible on every side of the track, for some great race action. 

  • Bleacher Seating will be available
  • Heating Station (The Cabin) will be near the track
  • Food Concessions with Hot Drinks and Food next to the track.

We offer the following classes.  Must have 5 or more riders to constitute a class.  We may combine classes.

Onsite INfo

Please park in designated parking areas.

All persons on property are required to sign liability waiver prior to entering spectating and race areas.

Only racers are allowed on the pond/racing surface.

All racers that are minors (Age 17 and under) must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian of minor.

Do not ride any vehicles around property or off property.

Anyone found breaking rules and / or the law for any reason may be asked to leave the property without refund.

Please take all trash you generate with you when you leave property. Respect our neighbors and do not toss trash out the window of your vehicle or speed on our local roadways.

Parking Rules

Parking by the pond will be reserved for Race Teams Only.  Parking will not be on the pond surface. Bring Tire Wraps

Entry into the facility will take place at 442 Lykers Road, Carlisle, NY 12035.  Look for the driveway by our mailbox. Once you enter, follow signs to Sign In Gate.  Once you and your guests sign in and receive your entry tickets, follow the road to the parking area. 

Spectator parking will be posted.

Racer parking will be posted.

When exiting the facility at the end of the day, all vehicles will bear to the left and follow the one way exit road to Lykers Road.
