Vending at The Ranch at Carlisle

Vendor Responsibilities:
1. Permits & Licenses: The vendor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and health department approvals required to operate as a food vendor at the event.
2. Insurance: The vendor must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with a minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability coverage, naming The Ranch at Carlisle as an additional insured.
3. Setup & Breakdown: Vendors must set up their booths by 10:00 AM on October 4th, 2024, and are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe booth throughout the event. Breakdown begins no earlier than 6:00 PM on October 6th, 2024.
4. Waste Disposal: Vendors are responsible for disposing of their own waste in designated areas. A $50 fee will be charged for any booth left unclean.
5. Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as event-specific rules provided by the event organizers.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given for cancellations made after September 15th, 2024. Cancellations made before this date will receive a 50% refund.
2. Weather: The event will take place rain or shine. Vendors are expected to prepare accordingly.
3. Indemnification: The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Ranch at Carlisle and its affiliates, employees, and volunteers from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the event.
4. Termination: The event organizers reserve the right to terminate this contract if the vendor violates any terms or conditions outlined in this agreement.
