The Ranch at Carlisle operates rain or shine. As an outdoor, multi-discipline motorsports and event facility, weather conditions are always considered in relation to track safety, rider safety, and spectator experience.
Event Status Decisions
Event status updates will be communicated through our official website and social media channels.
Decisions regarding delays, schedule adjustments, or cancellations are made by Ranch management based on safety conditions.
We monitor weather patterns closely leading up to and during every event.
Rain & Track Conditions
Light to moderate rain does not automatically cancel an event.
Track preparation crews will adjust grooming and maintenance as needed.
In the event of severe weather that compromises safety (lightning, flooding, extreme wind), racing may be temporarily paused.
Severe Weather
Lightning within the immediate area will result in a mandatory pause in activity.
Participants and spectators should seek shelter in vehicles or designated safe areas.
Activities will resume once conditions are deemed safe.
Refund Policy
If an event is canceled before racing begins, credits may be issued at management’s discretion.
If racing has started, events are generally considered complete and non-refundable.
Vendor fees and camping fees are non-refundable unless the entire event is officially canceled.
Overnight Parking
Those overnight parking are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and securing their own equipment.
The Ranch is not responsible for weather-related damage to vehicles, rv’s, trailers, or personal property.
